161وَأَخذِهِمُ الرِّبا وَقَد نُهوا عَنهُ وَأَكلِهِم أَموالَ النّاسِ بِالباطِلِ ۚ وَأَعتَدنا لِلكافِرينَ مِنهُم عَذابًا أَليمًاA. J. Arberryand for their taking usury, that they were prohibited, and consuming the wealth of the people in vanity; and We have prepared for the unbelievers among them a painful chastisement.
