63لَهُ مَقاليدُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۗ وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا بِآياتِ اللَّهِ أُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الخاسِرونَRashad KhalifaTo Him belongs all decisions in the heavens and the earth, and those who disbelieve in GOD's revelations are the real losers.
