62اللَّهُ خالِقُ كُلِّ شَيءٍ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ وَكيلٌHilali & KhanAllah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Wakil (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian, etc.) over all things.
