Allah has revealed the best of announcements (messages), a Scripture self-consistent in its various parts, repeating, whereat do shudder (or thrill) the skins of those who fear their Lord, so that their skins and their heart soften (or become pliant) to the remembrance of Allah. Such is Allah's guidance, wherewith He guides whom He wills; and as for him whom Allah sends astray, for him there is no guide.
