9أَم عِندَهُم خَزائِنُ رَحمَةِ رَبِّكَ العَزيزِ الوَهّابِMuhammad AsadOr do they [think that they] own the treasures of thy Sustainer's grace [the grace] of the Almighty, the Giver of Gifts?1I.e., "Do they think that it is for them to decide as to who should and who should not be graced with divine revelation?"
