42اركُض بِرِجلِكَ ۖ هٰذا مُغتَسَلٌ بارِدٌ وَشَرابٌShabbir Ahmed(We told him), "Strike the ground with your foot (move a little bit). And here is cool water to wash with and a refreshing drink."
