28أَم نَجعَلُ الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَعَمِلُوا الصّالِحاتِ كَالمُفسِدينَ فِي الأَرضِ أَم نَجعَلُ المُتَّقينَ كَالفُجّارِZafar AnsariShall We then treat alike those that believe and act righteously and those that create mischief on earth? Or treat alike the God-fearing and the wicked?
