13وَثَمودُ وَقَومُ لوطٍ وَأَصحابُ الأَيكَةِ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ الأَحزابُTaqi Usmaniand Thamud and the people of LuT and the people of Aaikah have rejected (the messengers). They were the (strong) groups.
