أَذٰلِكَ خَيرٌ نُزُلًا أَم شَجَرَةُ الزَّقّومِ

Is that (the Paradise), the better place (of joy) or the (evil and wicked) tree of Zaqqum (in the Pit of Hell, see 37.64—65)?
