8إِنّا جَعَلنا في أَعناقِهِم أَغلالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الأَذقانِ فَهُم مُقمَحونَ(Saheeh International)Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
