42وَأَقسَموا بِاللَّهِ جَهدَ أَيمانِهِم لَئِن جاءَهُم نَذيرٌ لَيَكونُنَّ أَهدىٰ مِن إِحدَى الأُمَمِ ۖ فَلَمّا جاءَهُم نَذيرٌ ما زادَهُم إِلّا نُفورًاLaleh BakhtiarAnd they swore by God the most earnest oaths, that if a warner drew near them, they would be better guided than any of the other communities. Yet when a warner drew near to them, it increased nothing in them but aversion,
