2ما يَفتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنّاسِ مِن رَحمَةٍ فَلا مُمسِكَ لَها ۖ وَما يُمسِك فَلا مُرسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعدِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ العَزيزُ الحَكيمُRashad KhalifaWhen GOD showers the people with mercy, no force can stop it. And if He withholds it, no force, other than He, can send it. He is the Almighty, Most Wise.
