23مِنَ المُؤمِنينَ رِجالٌ صَدَقوا ما عاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيهِ ۖ فَمِنهُم مَن قَضىٰ نَحبَهُ وَمِنهُم مَن يَنتَظِرُ ۖ وَما بَدَّلوا تَبديلًاShabbir AhmedOf the believers are men who have been true in what they pledged with Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their vow by laying their lives, and some of them stand ready, unwavering. (9:111).
