82فَمَن تَوَلّىٰ بَعدَ ذٰلِكَ فَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الفاسِقونَ(Muntakhab)Therefore, those who counsel deaf to this obligation are the perverse who are faithless and morally depraved.
