76 Preface بَلىٰ مَن أَوفىٰ بِعَهدِهِ وَاتَّقىٰ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ المُتَّقينَAli Quli QaraiYes, whoever fulfills his commitments and is wary of Allah —Allah indeed loves the Godwary.
