42وَإِذ قالَتِ المَلائِكَةُ يا مَريَمُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصطَفاكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَاصطَفاكِ عَلىٰ نِساءِ العالَمينَBijan MoeinianThe angles then appeared to Mary saying: “God has chosen and purified you. He has chosen you in preference to all the women of the world.”
