129وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌT. B. IrvingGod possesses whatever is in Heaven and whatever is on Earth. He pardons anyone He wishes and punishes anyone He wishes; God is Forgiving, Merciful.
