109وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرجَعُ الأُمورُRashad KhalifaTo GOD belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth, and all matters are controlled by GOD.
