23وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا بِآياتِ اللَّهِ وَلِقائِهِ أُولٰئِكَ يَئِسوا مِن رَحمَتي وَأُولٰئِكَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌE. H. PalmerAnd those who disbelieve in God's signs and in meeting with Him, these shall despair of my mercy; and these, for them is grievous woe.
