21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَOmar & Omar`He punishes whom He will (of the guilty) and shows mercy to whom He will and to Him you shall have to be turned back.
