21 Preface يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَAhmed AliPunish whom He will, and have mercy on whom He please. And to Him will you be brought back in the end.
