21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَWahiduddin KhanHe punishes whom He will and shows mercy to whom He pleases. And to Him you shall be returned.
