21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَ(Irfan-ul-Quran)He torments whom He wills and shows Mercy to whom He pleases. And to Him will you be returned.
