21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَ(Saheeh International)He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
