21يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَرحَمُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيهِ تُقلَبونَHilali & KhanHe punishes whom He will, and shows mercy to whom He will, and to Him you will be returned.
