48وَكانَ فِي المَدينَةِ تِسعَةُ رَهطٍ يُفسِدونَ فِي الأَرضِ وَلا يُصلِحونَ(Saheeh International)And there were in the city nine family heads causing corruption in the land and not amending [its affairs].
