10وَإِذ نادىٰ رَبُّكَ موسىٰ أَنِ ائتِ القَومَ الظّالِمينَ(Muntakhab)Allah called to Mussa and commanded him Thus: "Go to the people, of Pharaoh" He said, "who are wrongful of actions".
