67وَالَّذينَ إِذا أَنفَقوا لَم يُسرِفوا وَلَم يَقتُروا وَكانَ بَينَ ذٰلِكَ قَوامًاM. M. GhaliAnd the ones who, when they expend, are neither extravagant nor grudging; and between that is an upright (mean).
