6قُل أَنزَلَهُ الَّذي يَعلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ إِنَّهُ كانَ غَفورًا رَحيمًاN. J. DawoodSay: ‘It is revealed by Him who knows the secrets of the heavens and the earth. He is surely forgiving and merciful.’
