2 Preface الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ وَلَم يَتَّخِذ وَلَدًا وَلَم يَكُن لَهُ شَريكٌ فِي المُلكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقديرًاYusuf AliHe to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions.1The majesty of God and His independence of all wants or help are mentioned, to show how exceedingly great is His goodness in revealing His Will to us.
