30قُل لِلمُؤمِنينَ يَغُضّوا مِن أَبصارِهِم وَيَحفَظوا فُروجَهُم ۚ ذٰلِكَ أَزكىٰ لَهُم ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبيرٌ بِما يَصنَعونَShabbir AhmedTell the believing men to lower their gaze, and guard their modesty. This helps them grow in character. Verily, Allah is Aware of what they do.
