18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَLaleh BakhtiarWe caused water to descend from heaven in measure and We ceased it to dwell in the earth. And We certainly are ones who have power to take away.
