18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَGeorge SaleAnd We send down rain from heaven, by measure; and We cause it to remain on the earth: We are also certainly able to deprive you of the same.
