18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَE. H. PalmerAnd we send down from the heaven water by measure, and we make it rest in the earth; but, verily, we are able to take it away;
