18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَA. J. ArberryAnd We sent down out of heaven water in measure and lodged it in the earth; and We are able to take it away.
