وَلَقَد خَلَقنا فَوقَكُم سَبعَ طَرائِقَ وَما كُنّا عَنِ الخَلقِ غافِلينَ

Taqi Usmani

And We created above you seven paths (heavens), and We were never neglectful of the creation.
