31حُنَفاءَ لِلَّهِ غَيرَ مُشرِكينَ بِهِ ۚ وَمَن يُشرِك بِاللَّهِ فَكَأَنَّما خَرَّ مِنَ السَّماءِ فَتَخطَفُهُ الطَّيرُ أَو تَهوي بِهِ الرّيحُ في مَكانٍ سَحيقٍE. H. Palmerbeing 'Hanifs to God, not associating aught with Him; for he who associates aught with God, it is as though he had fallen from heaven, and the birds snatch him up, or the wind blows him away into a far distant place.
