129وَلَولا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَت مِن رَبِّكَ لَكانَ لِزامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُسَمًّىMuhammad QadriAnd had not a command of your Lord been passed, then the punishment would have gripped them - and had a term not been appointed.
