63وَإِذ أَخَذنا ميثاقَكُم وَرَفَعنا فَوقَكُمُ الطّورَ خُذوا ما آتَيناكُم بِقُوَّةٍ وَاذكُروا ما فيهِ لَعَلَّكُم تَتَّقونَN. J. DawoodWe made a covenant with you and raised the Mount above you, saying: ‘Grasp fervently what We have given you, and bear in mind its precepts, that You may guard yourselves against evil.’
