45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَAhmed & SamiraAnd seek support with the patience and the prayers and that it truly is a great/burden (E) except on the humble .
