45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَMir AneesuddinAnd seek help through patience and worship (salat) and this is certainly difficult except for the humble ones.
