45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَMuhammad AliAnd seek assistance through patience and prayer, and this is hard except for the humble ones,
