45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَTalal ItaniAnd seek help through patience and prayer. But it is difficult, except for the devout.
