45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَ(Saheeh International)And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allāh]
