45وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَRashad KhalifaYou shall seek help through steadfastness and the Contact Prayers (Salat). This is difficult indeed, but not so for the reverent,
