117بَديعُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ وَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُTalal ItaniOriginator of the heavens and the earth. Whenever He decrees a thing, He says to it, “Be,” and it becomes.
