117بَديعُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ وَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُMuhammad SarwarGod is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. Whenever He decides to do anything, He just commands it to exist and it comes into existence.
