11وَإِذا قيلَ لَهُم لا تُفسِدوا فِي الأَرضِ قالوا إِنَّما نَحنُ مُصلِحونَTaqi UsmaniWhen it is said to them, .Do not spread disorder on the earth., they say, .We are but reformers.
