64وَما نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلّا بِأَمرِ رَبِّكَ ۖ لَهُ ما بَينَ أَيدينا وَما خَلفَنا وَما بَينَ ذٰلِكَ ۚ وَما كانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا(Muntakhab)"We -The Angels- do not just come down as We please. We only come down at Allah's command, to Him belong all that is before us and all that is behind us and all that is between, and never is Allah, your Creator, forgetful".
