44 Preface هُنالِكَ الوَلايَةُ لِلَّهِ الحَقِّ ۚ هُوَ خَيرٌ ثَوابًا وَخَيرٌ عُقبًاAli Quli QaraiThere, all authority belongs to Allah, the Real. He is best in rewarding, and best in requiting.
